When The First Card Is Drawn is the premiere episode of Survivor: Molise.
Challenges[]
Challenge: Jigsaw Puzzle
The tribe with the lowest combined times win reward. After submitting, they could answer a trivia question and if they answered correctly, 20 seconds would be subtracted from their time. While everyone thought they were playing for reward in their fake 10 person tribes, they were actually playing for reward in their 5 person tribes, which were revealed along with the challenge results.

Challenge: Introductory Memory
The castaways were given a list of questions about the intro video to the season, and they all had to use their memories to get an many answers as they could. The 3 tribes with the highest scores would win immunity and be safe from tribal council.

Tarot Cards Drawn[]
The Fool: This card was drawn as a warning to the players about the next card; The Magician, being drawn.
The Magician: The contestants were informed they were not in their actual starting tribes, rather fake ones. The contestants were then split into four new tribes, based on a personality test they took pre-season. This test divided the castaways into different Arcana categories: Pesante represented "The High Priestess", players with great insight and good intuition. Giovane represented "The Star", players who are very persistent and brave.
