Challenges[]
Immunity Challenge: Identity Crisis. Each tribe received a compilation of zoomed in images of reality television contestants. They were tasked with identifying who these contestants were. The tribe with the most correct guesses at the end of the challenge won immunity and a clue to the hidden immunity idol.
Winner: Kikuyu.
Kidnapping & Menengai[]
The winning tribe had their votes tallied. The castaway receiving the majority of votes would join their camp, skipping tribal council in the process, and would be responsible for selecting three members of their tribe for a rock draw. The castaway drawing the black rock would then face off against the kidnapped in a duel across the Menengai Crater.

“ | no one wants to do anything to make this an interesting season. They jus wanna go with the easy vote, or they’re scared.. the first tribal? Seriously this is the easiest part of the game where things don’t stick as easily. It’s not the olympics, do something interesting. Episode Summary[]
Survivor: Nakuru started with a bang as eighteen former castaways were marooned at Lake Nakuru in Kenya, sorted into tribes based on their past success on Main ORG. Castaways seeking to retain their dominance were placed on the Torrobo tribe, while castaways looking to rectify their past were placed on the Kikuyu tribe.
At Kikuyu camp, a loosely connected web of relationships began to solidify. Nicole and Trent quickly formed solid relationships to the majority of castaways while Natalia, Natalie, and Cali also were able to make connections. Meanwhile, Jack and Jino were identified as potential outsiders due to their quieter demeanors. On top of this, Cassandra quickly took the center stage with over the top antics in the tribe chat and formed a Night 1 alliance with Trent and Nicole, which neither of them felt loyal to.
At Torrobo camp, small cliques and duos began to form on the tribe. Amir and Gerda quickly paired up due to their old school status; Ryan and Brittany did the same due to a tight friendship; Ashlee, Evan, and Nora also built a tight network of duos. Chris and Will both lacked a strong tie to anyone, but the former eventually nestled in with Evan and Ashlee while the latter did the same with Amir and Gerda. Despite a complex web of relationships, Nora quickly proved central to the flow of information between multiple factions.
Before the immunity challenge, it was revealed that tribes would have to kidnap a member of the opposing tribe and save them from tribal council. Unbeknownst to them, that member would then go to the Menengai crater, duel against an opponent from their tribe, and one of them would claim an item to change their game. Kikuyu quickly chose Ashlee despite Cassandra attempting to make a public poll for Ryan while Torrobo fractured between Natalie and Cassandra.
At immunity, the castaways discovered they would be playing Identity Crisis, wherein they had to identify zoomed in pictures of Reality Show Contestants. Despite a strong effort by both tribes, Kikuyu maintained a marginal lead and won immunity. Ashlee was kidnapped and escorted to Kikuyu camp. She selected Alex, Jack, and Trent as her Menengai duel options. Jack drew the black rock and quickly beat her in the duel, earning a light pearl while pretending that he drew a white rock to cover it up.
After the immunity loss, Torrobo quickly descended into chaos. The majority of castaways agreed that Brittany’s lack of contribution socially or physically made her an easy target. Accordingly, they decided they would vote her out and leave Ryan out of the vote due to their presumed tight bond. Meanwhile, Brittany, oblivious to her impending doom, suggested Gerda as a target to Nora, who turned the situation around to further cement the votes on Brittany. After an hour or two, Brittany changed her mind and suggested Evan as a target, feeling her, Ryan, and Will could pull in Amir and Gerda to take the latter out.
Will, however, had a different plan and went to Ryan, telling him that Amir and Gerda would not vote out Evan, that Brittany was in danger, and finally suggested that Chris should be the target for the vote. Ryan then weighed his options, trying to decide if he should throw his relationship with Chris down the drain in order to save his closest ally. Despite testing out the new plan, it did not gain traction and Brittany’s fate appeared sealed. Now in a panic, Ryan and Brittany instead went to Chris to tell him there was a plan to vote him out in an attempt to pull him in alongside Will to vote out Evan. Upon hearing his name was out there, Chris went into a frenzy and began attempting to flip Evan and Nora to vote Ryan out instead due to the threat he posed if he were to make a swap and flip.
With the majority of six now debating between voting Ryan and Brittany, Amir and Gerda locked down their votes for Brittany due to a need for challenge strength. Chris, Evan, and Nora then hatched a plan to vote Ryan out regardless in a 4-2-2 vote, but wanted Will’s approval to prevent a tie. Will then sought advice from Amir for the vote in an attempt to retain unity and upon it being shut down, he backed out. Shortly thereafter, Nora, Evan, and Chris begrudgingly followed suit, joining Amir, Gerda, and Will to vote out Brittany in a 6-2 vote.
