Survivor: Sahara el Beyda is the seventy-eighth season of the Survivor ORG Wiki's Online Reality Game (ORG), Survivor: Wikia!

A season where Facebook players were pitted against Discord players, the season received praise for it's casting, with everyone playing their heart outs and leaving everything out in the open. It's twists, gameplay, and blindsides have also received praise, making Sahara el Beyda one of the best All Star seasons.

Twists

• Day Zero - Before the season officially began, the players were randomly placed in pairs with one member from the opposite starting tribe. Each pair competed in a special reward challenge, with the top three pairs winning individual immunity that will be activated at their first tribal council.
• Facebook vs. Discord - The players were divided into two tribes of eleven based on when they first played on this ORG. The Gaeriha tribe consisted of players who played in the Facebook era (seasons 1-61) and the Neeraan tribe consisted of players who played in the Discord era (seasons 62-77).
• The Oasis - This season's idol hunt was featured around finding tokens to spend on checking grid locations at The Oasis.
• The Duat - All voted out players will descend to “The Duat,” the Egyptian Underworld. The eliminated castaway will begin the process of having their soul rebirthed. While this is happening, they will be allowed to vote at the next Tribal Council and will be granted permission to speak in Tribal Council to leave one final impact on the game. They cannot be voted for, and once the subsequent Tribal Council has concluded, the player will officially be out of the game for good. This twist vanished at the Final 6.
• Eclipse - At the Final 19, a darkness was cast over the game. Both tribes competed for immunity & attended tribal council, answered tribal questions and voted. The tribe that won immunity didn't have their tribal council votes revealed. Instead, the first vote read "Immunity". The losing tribe would have their votes read & the next castaway voted out of the game. At the Final 8, the immunity winner wasn't revealed until after the votes were cast.
• One World - At the Final 14, after the tribe dissolve, the two tribes would be forced to live together on one beach, welcoming in the start of One World until the two tribes merged at the Final 12.
• Double Urns Tribal - At the Final 11, the remaining castaways had to decide which urn they wanted to vote in when casting their vote at Tribal Council - Urn 1 or Urn 2. Votes from both urns were read, culminating in two castaways being eliminated.

• This season's theme is a reference to the myth of the rising of the Phoenix, which has its origins in Egyptian & Persian Mythology. The tribe name meanings also stem from Survivor: Edge of Extinction.
